Whether you’re ready to hit a new 1-rep max or just looking for an expert eye to help you move more effectively and remain injury-free, these sessions can help you maximize your lifting potential. Kortney will be on-hand with her insight into proper lifting technique to get you on the road to lifting safely to your max!
