One of the greatest things we can give to a child is self confidence. Gymnastics, with the many small challenges of each class, builds confidence in every athlete.
Pre-team is for gymnasts who are serious about gymnastics and want to one day be on the competitive gymnastics team. Pre-Team is by instructor invite only and meets Mondays & Wednesdays 4-5:30 pm.
Classes are designed to give a full work out while improving flexibility, coordination, balance and strength. We also work on listening skills, following directions and social skills.
We teach kids to tumble, run, jump, and twist in our gymnastics programs. Kids learn movement, fine motor skills, tumbling and advanced gymnastics elements in our progressive-based classes.

Children ages 2 - 13 are welcome to join us for this exciting nation-wide gymnastics event. The Stateline Gymnastics Team will be in attendance to help participants at various skill stations.

In this Parkour class, participants will improve their balance, speed and endurance and build strength while adding in gymnastics skills to their Parkour. Parkour is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one’s path by adapting one’s movements to the environment.

Get moving with our new youth dance classes beginning in February! Classes will explore various dance styles such as; ballet and hip hop. Participants will learn in depth dance technique as well as being given the opportunity to express themselves through movement. Get moving today!
