Virtual Personal training

Looking to get in shape from the comfort of your home? We are now offering personal training via zoom with our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers! You can purchase 1-time, 5 x 1-hour sessions, or 10 x 1-hour sessions and it will include an exercise band & a set of dumbbells while you complete your weekly sessions. Please connect with a personal trainer before purchasing.
