Join us as we cook through a cookbook and share a meal as our Nutrition Coach describes the nutrition behind the dish!

Start your week off by enjoying a meal with like-minded individuals while learning about nutrition and healthy alternatives to certain ingredients!
Participants will be asked to make one dish for the group and bring it in to share. This task will rotate weekly for 5 weeks. The cookbook club will run from September 18th through October 16th.
