Join us as we cook through a cookbook and share a meal as our Nutrition Coach describes the nutrition behind the dish!
Starting January 8th from 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Start your week off by enjoying a meal with like-minded individuals while learning about nutrition and healthy alternatives for certain ingredients!
Participants will be asked to make one dish for the group and bring it in to share. This task will rotate weekly for 5 weeks. The cookbook club will run from January 8th through February 5th.
