Our personal trainers will make sure you get a personalized program designed to help you achieve your goals. We focus on an approach that is safe, efficient, easy-to-follow and helps you stay motivated. Whatever your goal, our expert personal trainers provide plans, coaching and motivation to help you succeed.

All of our personal trainers are nationally certified and have extensive experience creating programs that work for our members and guests. Your programs will be tailored to your specific needs, wants and goals.

Individual Training Sessions
5 x one hour sessions: $240
10 x one hour sessions: $400

Small Group RATES:

2-3 people
5 x one hour sessions: $115/person
10 x one hour sessions: $215/person


4-6 people
5 x one hour sessions: $90/person
10 x one hour sessions: $170/person

 


 

Virtual Personal training

Looking to get in shape from the comfort of your home? We are now offering personal training via zoom with our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers! You can purchase 1-time, 5 x 1-hour sessions, or 10 x 1-hour sessions and it will include an exercise band & a set of dumbbells while you complete your weekly sessions. Please connect with a personal trainer before purchasing.

Fit at Home

 

Interested in personal training, but not sure where to start?  Looking for accountability, but wanting to stay home?  As a Stateline Family YMCA member you can receive 2 FREE sessions of introductory personal training which will include a fitness assessment and a micro workout. Small Group Training

 

SMALL GROUP WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

This 5 week challenge will give you the tools and support you need to reach your fitness and 

health goals in a small group setting.  You will receive a fitness evaluation, nutrition guidance, 

custom-tailored workouts, and much more.


You will meet twice a week for this challenge for added accountability! While you are working on a healthier you, your group will be competing against the other three 

groups with the winning group (highest percentage of body weight lost) will receive a prize!
