Our personal trainers will make sure you get a personalized program designed to help you achieve your goals. We focus on an approach that is safe, efficient, easy-to-follow and helps you stay motivated. Whatever your goal, our expert personal trainers provide plans, coaching and motivation to help you succeed.

All of our personal trainers are nationally certified and have extensive experience creating programs that work for our members and guests. Your programs will be tailored to your specific needs, wants and goals.


Besides our normal personal training options we also provide TRX personal training and personal aquatic coaching.


Individual Training Sessions
One session – $54
Five sessions – $220
10 sessions – $380

Group Training Sessions
2-3 people – $25 per person, per session
4-6 people – $20 per person, per session

Small Group Punch Passes:

Group 5-hour Punch Pass
2-3 People: $115/person
4-6 people: $90/person

Group 10-hour Punch Pass
2-3 people: $215/person

Small Group Training

Roscoe Branch

This 5 week program will give you the tools and support to help you get in shape, lose weight, and adapt healthy eating and exercising habits in a small group setting. You will begin with a fitness evaluation that will give you a baseline to accurately measure your progress in cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. Your nationally certified personally trainer and teammates will guide and challenge you through exercise, weekly weigh-ins, food journaling, accountability and motivation.

Ironworks Branch

Join us for a this 5-week Small Group Training with a National Certified Personal Trainer and learn how you can be a healthier you! You'll work as a small group focusing on cardio, strength, agility, coordination and flexibility while meeting new friends! Each class is limited to 5 people so register soon.
