journey through the chakras

Join Instructor Aaron in celebrating International Yoga Day, which is observed on the first day of Summer each year.  Participants will be guided through a practice that engages each Chakra with a mantra, an asana, and a pranayama. This practice will open the body and focus the mind by listening to and aligning to the current within. 

Funds raised during this event support Stateline Family YMCA's Annual Community Campaign, which helps ensure access to our facilities and programming for all in the stateline community, regardless of financial status. In 2025 alone, we awarded $192,000 in financial assistance, which we’ve been able to do because of he generosity of those in our community.
