Aquatic Fitness Adult/Teen

This shallow water workout includes calisthenic-style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistive moves. Class participants will march, jog, kick and jump through the water to create resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility. Classes are included in membership but those who wish to participate and are not members can purchase a Fitness punch pass for 10 visits for $80

TEEN/ADULT SWIM LESSONS (AGES 13+)

It’s never too late to learn how to swim! These lessons are for individuals who wish to learn to swim as well as develop their stroke techniques, swim abilities and increase endurance.
