Are you struggling to get started on a weight loss plan or have you hit a plateau? It is time to check out the Y Biggest Winner Challenge. In this small group “team” approach, you will work for 6 weeks with a nationally certified personal trainer to increase your physical activity and learn how to use different equipment to mix up your routine. Weekly weigh-ins and food journals, along with team and trainer support will hold you accountable as you LOSE to WIN.
Begins the week of October 30 (no training the week of Thanksgiving)
